The room was cozy and modern with a sofa bed, central heating, satellite television, and a beautiful view of the valley.

all in all - had a good 7 night stay. the rooms were modern with a balcony, the staff were very amiable and extremely helpful. friendly service offered in this hotel. moreover, free parking nearby was appreciated.

Brand-new room with a balcony, we had a real good stay. An electric kettle, a fridge, and kitchenware were very handy.

The location here is great, within walking distance to the slopes; the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm and efficient service during the stay.

Fantastic location, spacious newly renovated apartment. Will be returning here next season without doubt!

Check in procedure could be improved as we had to queue in tiny reception area for almost an hour.

very dusty room, floor, wardrobe etc -> would need WET cleaning by hotel staff; only 2 pieces of cutlery each -> too little; mattress of sleeping sofa old and uncomfortable -> would need replacement; generally too small room

With everything we wanted to see just a short walk away, we loved how convenient the location was. It was so handy having the main shopping center and shops right next door! 🛍️

The wifi + login system was crap generally speaking it looked like it was the first time they ran the service apartments, the linen etc weren't in the rooms at arrival (we had to ask for them), apparently the tv was broken for 2+ days (but bbc worked and besides this we didn't watch tv), the reception was only open about 2 hours in the morning and in the evening

We enjoyed the modern and cozy rooms, especially appreciating the incredibly helpful and quick-acting staff members.

Staying in the studio suite was nice and cozy, the bed was really comfy. the location was awesome, couldn't ask for better! the staff were super friendly and helpful, making the whole stay even better. 👌 This place is situated in a great spot.

Our family had a fantastic ski holiday in this conveniently located hotel directly on the slopes. We loved being able to ski in and out without any hassle. the nearby shopping area made it easy for us to pick up groceries and essentials. After a long day on the slopes, the sauna provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The check-in process was quite slow, causing some frustration upon arrival.

Right on the ski slope, this hotel has a perfect location for skiing. The ski and snowboard rental right in the building was a pleasant surprise, with friendly staff and reasonable prices. The apartment's kitchen was nicely equipped, with everything I needed for my stay. Plus, the apartment was clean and modern.

Great location right by the slopes, perfect for skiing during Christmas. The studio was well-equipped with new furniture and equipment.- Conveniently close to all amenities, making it easy to access everything we needed.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night's sleep. The room was not well-maintained and cleanliness was an issue.

The location was great, with easy access to the slopes and a lift connecting the hotel to the main resort center. the ski hire shop in the building was also very convenient and offered excellent service.

The cleanliness of the accommodation was disappointing. the apartment smelled of previous occupants' cooking smells and there were no cleaning products provided.
